Casa Bella Vista is newly renovated in a modern and classical stile inspired from both Norwegian and Italian design.

The main floor consisting of the living room including a massive oak table, 10 chairs and a sofa group. There is an open solution to the kitchen area, including an island with three bar chairs, also a perfect place for working on the PC. The kitchen includes fridge with a freezer, oven and dishwasher. There is a water system for still- or sparkling water.

The architectural philosophy is to have a straight line from centre of the fire place, through the oak table, kitchen island, Pergola and to the Infinity pool. Fantastic solution.

The main floor includes also two bedrooms and two bathrooms, all with fantastic views. There is a children bed in the main bedroom. There are air conditioning system in all bedrooms.

The stair from the living room is made in concrete with steel railings, leading to the Cantina (Wine storage) below. The laundry includes both washing machine, dryer and equipment for ironing. The room next to the Cantina is the "Owners Garage". This room has glass doors with a view and could be used for social gathering. From the "Garage" you can enter the last bedroom, with a separate bathroom. There is also a toilet connected to the "Garage". The "Main Cantina" is a room for tasting good food and wine. We have included a comfortable double sofa to be used as the last bedroom.

There are several places for outdoor social interaction in Case Bella Vista. On the east side we have the outdoor launching area and openings for viewing the charming Canelli and also direction Marcano de Oliveto. This room is perfect for the morning coffee viewing the sun rise, breakfast around the concrete table, relaxing in the shadow during the day and of course enjoying the pasta dinner with red wine, candle lights and good atmosphere in the evening. Due to the location on the hill top this room will normally have a light breeze letting the body relax from the sun.

The Pergola is located on the west side of Casa Bella Vista. From here you can enjoy the endless Piemonte landscape with several hills, small villages and vineyards as long you can see. In clear weather you will be able to view the French- and Swiss Alps with snow on the tops. The Pergola is a perfect place for viewing the sun set.

The Annex or Ciabot in Piemontese must be experienced. This house has everything you really need. Double bed, bathroom, heating- and cooling system, a terrace and last but not least a breathtaking view in all directions, also overlooking the Infinity pool.

The Infinity pool is our pride. The shower with cold and warm water heated by the sun before swimming around in the 1,4m deep salt water pool you will always see the landscape of Piemonte. The view can not be explained. There are sun beds and parasols to be used around the pool.

Boccia court is prepared for relaxted competions during the day and also in the evening.
